Frank Cakebread is good at sports. He's very generous abouthis hobby and always plays soccer or catch with the children in the village onweekends. Veronica Cakebread is the pastry chef at the village cakeshop. Everyone in the village loves her beautiful cakes with decorations thatlook like jewels. Whenever someone's birthday or another special occasion iscoming, the villagers always go to her cake shop.

Eric Cakebread is top of the class at school and is good athelping his friends when they don't understand something. Everyone goes to himfor help because he knows just how to explain things so that people willunderstand. But sometimes he cares too much about his marks. When he doesn't getfull marks in a test, he gets so disappointed that he runs home alone as soon asschool is over.

Melinda Cakebread is an outgoing girl and makes friends veryeasily. She loves baking cakes; one day her mother made a new cake and invitedall of the children around for a tea party. Melinda had so much fun thatshe's learning how to bake cakes from her mother so that she can have a teaparty of her own
